Where is the fuse box located and would a blown fuse cause idiot lights and gas gague not to work ?

Fuse box is under the dash on the driver side (stick your head down near the floorboard and look up with a flashlight), and would for sure cause gauges not to work if a fuse has blown, if all the fuses are good it may be a bad ground to the dash panel.

AND just FYI, sometimes a fuse is not blow but looses it's connection on one end or the other due to dirty of slightly corroded fuse clips.
