My fuel tank is leaking at the filler neck. If I keep the fuel tank at 1/2 no problems. A full tank I have a leak where filler neck connects to tank. Is there a o-ring in there? If so how tough is it to replace?

No. The filler neck is soldered to the gas tank. thats an easy fix, But it should be done by professionals.take the tank to your local radiator shop.They can fix your tank.
