I know there are only two companies making carpet, AAC and Trim Parts, but has anybody found which one fits better in a 69 Chevelle 4 speed? The carpet in my car fits like crap and I want to replace it this winter.

I got mine from NPD and it was AAC and I put it out in the sun for 2 days before I installed it with out any issues.

Tom, here's a link to the ACC carpets on our site.If you would like color samples we can send you some for free.

If you warm the carpet up or steam it,it'll help it to follow the lines of the floor pan.These are molded carpets too.

I just put in a ACC carpet in my 69 4-speed console car. Left it in the sun a couple days, then let it sit in the car a couple weeks while finishing the interior, then cut it in. All went well and it fit just fine. I'm happy!
