I did a search (top of page) and from past postings, the foam would need to be cut by a shop (nort hard if you have the old for a pattern) and most any good upholstery shop will have the burlap. Maybe if anyone else knows better on the foam, they will come forward.
A few weeks ago I met the man who makes the foam and springs for all the retailers.
Very nice families they helped me reupholster one of my seats to show me how its all done.
Give him a call and see if he is making what you need. I couldn't believe all the stuff they are reproducing,and this is not a big commercial operation,just 2 families working in a large warehouse in the middle of nowhere.
