that is a tough one. you will get some rough estimates that will be high but to do a good job and drill the spot welds and get it welded back in to look stock takes a lot of time. some places will put them on by welding the edges and it is a little faster but does not look as stock as plug welding spot welds as the factory did. it will come down to man hours and the quality of the new part . i dont think you will get an answer untill someone looks at your car and the new quarters.

I think a good rough idea time wise on installing a full OEM type aftermarket quarter would be 20 hrs per side. I say this because it might need some adjustment to get the trim to fit right maybe some adjustments at the door gap.
