This showed up on Craig's list and eBay today. Looks nice, but am I getting drawn in because of the engine detail and I'm not sure how I feel about the mirror in the trunk. There are more pics in the Craig's list ad I can put up tomorrow.

No. Someone replaced a section and didn't do a very good job at welding and finishing it

After talking to you about the black 66 on the phone jim I have come to a conclusion. Do not take offense. I think you are searching more about price and not about the car you truly want. As you are seeing there are miles of difference between a back of $20K car and say $25k. The level of quality you can buy at a discount becomes very apparent at that. I wish you all the luck in the world finding the car you want at a fire sale price. Keep in mind there are thousands of others trying to do the same thing. Using the Red/Red 69 as an example. Go look , make an offer where you are comfortable . Do not be intimidated by the asking price. As I told you .......do not settle.

Trunk floor was replaced in 3 sections. They didn't clean up the seams... good enough for a driver, but at that price I'd expect better.
