Hi All, I am replacing all my factory gauges on my '67 SS with new OPG's replacements. (see http://www.chevyhiperformance.com/howto/90726/ for complete details). I understand all the new connections except on how to hook up the new BATT gauge, which is a VOLTmeter now, as opposed the the old stock AMMeter. Does anyone know how I should hook it up? Many thanks as always!

It looks to me like the BATT, (volt) gauge uses the gauge power source as the volt reference. The same wire used to supply power to the other three gauges. On your existing harness it will be one of the pink wires that connects to the oil or temp light or fuel gauge.

EDIT- The gauge power comes from the fuel gauge connection.

You may want to check the gauge conversion offered by Shift Works It can be had with either amp gauge or volt gauge, uses a mechanical oil pressure and doesn’t require cutting the cluster back.
