I am looking at buying a 67 El Camino, the pictures show a center "short" console with a bench seat. The picture of the dash also shows that there are no gear indicator markings on the speedo lens. This leads me to believe that it was always a floor shift car. The short console just looks a little odd. Anyone know about this? I've got pictures but not sure if I can post them here or just post a link.

67 bench seat elcamino did not have a console of any kind. Only with bucket seat option. With bucket seats the elcamino uses the same console as the SS and malibu
