Do '67 Chevelle convertibles have any molding or covers over the a-pillars or beneath the top of the windshield frame in the interior of the car? Or is the metal of the frame/a-pillars simply exposed to the interior?

Thanks for your help.

on my 65 Conv it is exposed to the interior but i have seen, in the catalogs, the moldings for sale. So i am thinking they would go over the metal. I have not begun on my interior and it's bare but this is what i have observed so far.

Thanks for the responses.

I wonder if the trim level impacts what's on the car. This is a Malibu and it was disassembled so long ago for restoration that my Dad and I don't remember what (if anything) was on the car and we don't have any good pictures that show this part of the car. The good thing is we did a pretty good job of storing and organizing the parts and we haven't found any A-pillar covers, so we're thinking it didn't have anything. To be on the safe side, we're going to paint this part of the car to match the interior and then we're covered regardless.
