When I Turn My Headlights On,the Drivers Side Comes Right On.but On The Passager Side I Have To Walk Over And Hit The Light And Then It Usally Comes On...so What's Up With That ?

Bad plug behind the light. It's probably green or corroded. Common problem. New connectors are ~$5 each.

I agree. Clean the connectors, and the grounds.
