Hi guys I snuck in my dads garage and found this 67 chevelle wagon. How rare is this car? Anybody know who would have built it?

looks like a combo of an elcamino and station wagon,
I had a 67 elco and a 67 parts wagon, but no welding/body working skills at 17 way back in 1975 or was it 1976

I think it may have been done by that one guy who did the 69 2 door, 66 2 door, and 64 with vistacruisa roof.

First suspect would be Ken Memmel. He has built a few different 2 door wagons. Those are 2 door wagon only doors (not El Camino) likely off a '64 or '65. Looks like a cool project.

There was a gentleman building one years ago but don't know if he ever got beyond this point in the build. One of the biggest issues he had was finding someone to do the glass. Last contact I had with builder was 2007.

Referencing the 13835 VIN, this car started as a '67 Concours V8 4 door wagon.

I just purchased the 13835 Chevelle wagon listed above. I am also looking for more information as to who built it and former owners.They did an awesome job. From what I found so far it was built in Fremont California and someone in Oregon recently owned it.
