Is there any difference between 67 Chevelle BB exhaust manifolds and the 69 and later manifolds? Like the way they turn down to the exhaust or anything? I Have a 67 Chevelle SS 396 4spd and am thinking of looking into the Gardner complete exhaust system but my car has the later manifolds the #s on my manifolds are RH 3916178 and LH 3909879. My car is not a # matching anyway and if these manifolds will work OK with the original style system I'll just keep these. I made a post over on the performance forum , but got no response so I thought I'd try here.

Thanks.

Your LH manifold# 3909879 was used on some 67 chevelles 396 all hp. Also 67-69 Camaros 396. 68-69 novas 396. 68 chevelle 396. The RH 3916178 was used on 68-69 Pass, camaro, chevelle nova. It is identical to the 67 chevelle manifold just a diff. casting # and some minor diff inside and outside casting changes.:D

So a stock system should bolt up with no problem. That is good to know.

Thanks.
