There is a bracket and lever for sale for a 66 pass. side bucket reclining seat option, Is that all I need or are there other parts I would have to scare up?

You need the whole bucket seat frame for a recliner not just the release lever.

While this would be a cool option to have, this was not available on 1966 Chevelles (for some reason).
