What is a fair asking price for these seats. Believe they are 66 or 67

Well it depends somewhat on your location. Your seats pictures make the typical mistake most sellers make. That is you are showing the covers and the backs. The backs (on 66 seats) and bottom pieces will be refinished/painted and the covers will be replaced. Much more important is the condition of the frames/springs and tracks.
Do they have Broken springs, bad rust, bent tracks?
