Ok I need some help once again on my 66 chevelle, has anyone used a set of the opg 3" lowering springs?and if so could you send a photo.I want to lower the car but i don't know if the springs will actually lower the car that much,I have ccp1.5 all around and replaced the body bushings and now it sits to high.i have a big block in it now but i want to lower it with the 3'' springs. It has the stock height spindles,I am running a 245/40/18 tire so tire rubbing should not be a problem,i want to do all four springs. Also i was thinking of ordering the front spring for a small block ,I am thinking that that will lower the car to the height in the front, it has a 396 in it.Please also let me know if you have had any problems with the springs..I don't want use drop spindles with lowering springs i have heard of problems with trying to align the car with that combo:beers:

3" Is way to much believe me I know from experience
Looks awesome but not drivable
I had to go 2" in the back & as for the front used 2" drop spindles with 1" springs
with no alignment problems but I did use global west A-arms
And even going this rout I have to roll over speed bumps with a little scrape from the headers & I have a small block
Don't forget to get a good set of lowering shocks it's a must when you go 2" or more.
Good luck bro
