Rob, I have, what this spoiler does is it closes off the open area between the grill and the radiator. so as you look down its all sealed off.
what i have noticed the car seems more stable at speeds, and i have put it on a track and about 4 hi rev laps i had to get of the track as oil and water temps were too hi for my licking, and that was without a spoiler. i just got back from the same track and competed in a session and ran the car hard and the temps didn't get over 210. but the oil did climb to 280.
i am very happy with this spoiler.

no it wont....the bolt that attaches to the frame bracket is not flat its at an angle so the spoiler may not sit flat.
I have not no, my driving is primarily Daily Driver stuff, so speeds and stress on the vehicle is fairly minimal, i.e. not much more than 80 or so top end and regular stop and go traffic.
Under those conditions I wouldn't expect to see much at all.
