What are you looking for? factory-type clutch fan? Fixed blade fan? Electrics?

I previous ran a 7-blade "Chevy" fan on my '66, with a "factory" clutch... The fan and clutch were actually for a 1970 Chevelle, but worked fine on the '66 Short Water pump... I previous ran an original '66 fan (5-blade clutch).

Fixed blade, maybe look at a Derale Stainless Steel fan...

I am running the tall water pump, I would like to use a fixed fan.
I would suggest a Derale Stainless Steel fan... IIRC, the part number starts with "17" (something like #17034, etc)...

Try to avoid the aluminum "flex fans", etc... When they flex, they will eventually break (and put dents in your hood/fender, etc). I have actually seen several cars that had this occur.

The Derale units seem pretty well built, and you can change spacer to get the right fit...

Are you runnign a shoud? If so, rule-of-thumb is for the fan blades to be half-in and half-out of the shroud for best airflow (other placement will work, just not ideal)... The Chevelle should take either a 17" or 18" fan (can't remember right now)...
