It's really hard to tell from that video. Phone mics are not the best at capturing details. Nice engine bay though!

I heard a ticking noise at the beginning and a definite momentary faint knock toward the end.

Try the old school trick of putting the tip of a big screwdriver against the valve cover (over each cylinder), while putting your ear up to the handle. If you have a tick or knock, the sound will be transmitted through the screwdriver, and it will help you pinpoint where the problem is.

Really hard to hear. Just had a friend text me a video with a noisy sb. It changed sound of in gear vs neutral/park. I told him to check the flexplate, it was cracked around the crank.

I could hear it. Is it louder cold and gets quieter when warming up?

Are you using Brad Penn oil? I had tapping issues with that oil in two different engines.. I changed it for Mobil 1 5W30 and all the noise went away..
