I have a question for any one that tried what I am thinking . Will the rear Disc set up from a 2000 - up Impala work for parts to convert rear drum to disc on my '65 Malibu .

You would probably be happier with the Camaro brakes, the Impala rear brakes are solid/non vented rotors. I couldn't find a picture of the caliper abutments, but they might be part of the rear bearing assy! The 2000 Camaro brakes will definitely bolt on. Also the Impala calipers have the threaded Pistons for the emergency brake whereas the Camaro's have drum style brakes inside the hat of the rotor much better setup.

THANK YOU , on fixed income so trying to get around a $700 kit .
