Moby, fill the tank up with gas. That'll do it 
All kidding aside, you might want to post this in the Suspension forum if your question comes up with nothing in a search. There are ways to work with the springs to accomplish a drop like that.
If you go that route, I would recommend Coil Spring Specialties to make some for you. But investigate all your options and your ultimate goal with the car first.
