The contact button for the horn is housed in the dished out hub in the steering wheel and is held in place by the hub of the horn ring. It is all covered up by the horn ring cap. There are very specific pieces that hold the horn ring up and keep it insulated so as not to cause the short circuit that causes the horn to blow.
If you need pictures of all the pieces and their orientation I could get some from my car. But you'd have to ask nice! Joking aside, if you need pictures let me know. And if so, you'd best send me an e-mail since I don't check this forum too often.
