ok guys, has any one had the pleasure of reconstructing the floor sheet metal over the rear axle between the trunk and the pass comp ? rust has eaten away the joints of the inner wheel houses and i cannot determine a good dimension to start to refab. i also need a complete trunk floor replacement. should i get replacement inner wheel houses to start with for a true dimension or are the replacements loose on tolerance for a good fit ? also, and an obvious question, i lifted the body off the frame for repair and cleaning (frame) - i suppose it's best to put the body back on the frame for proper alignment before i start doing all this sheetmetal work ? just askin for opinions/direction. THANKS!
