finshing up puting in the trunk on my 66 and I know were the spare tire bracket goes, but were does the jack hold down bracket go. I looked in AIM twice and did not see it.

also do you spot weld them both form the bottom of the trunk?

I just looked at my 64. The jack fits in two recesses located on the right side, one on the angled piece at the front (passenger) side of the trunk the other is below the right tailight on the trunk floor. Between those is a round raised area with a recess in the center with stirup to hook the j-stud that goes through the wheel opening. It is located about 13" from the right side and 16" forward of the lower trunk lip. Hope that helps, if you need photos let me know. Patrick
