I ran a Futral F11 in my car and they make great tq.

Auto (if so what stall) or Manual?
Do you plan on sticking with the cathedral port heads or the LS3/L92 style heads? On a 4" bore IMO stick with the cathedral ports as they make more tq and a bigger bore is needed to really unshroud the valves. Many will recommend going to the LS3/L92 heads.
If you are on a budget I would swap to 243 (LS6/LS2) casting heads for a bump in compression. Cam depends on your goals.
