Hi,
I was thinking of buying a 454cid engine from somebody I know and was wondering what 4-speed manual transmission and rear end would work with the 454? What manual 4-speed transmission and rear end will take abuse with the 454?

a 12 bolt and either a Muncie or BW-ST10

I already know its going to be a 12 Bolt and a Muncie, but what gear ratio for the 12 bolt and what Muncie M20, M21, or M22?

it all depends oon the cam and the intended usage of the vehicle.
M20 with 3.42 gears and a BBC is a good all around set up
