The car certainly looks nice in the picks. Clean, detailed, and sharp. And he probably did spend every bit of $40,000 building it. But as reality sets in, he will realize that how much you spend doing a car does not translate into what some one will buy it for.

The reality is there is nothing special about it other than it is a really nice Chevelle with no pedigree, it's got a typical generic street rod drive train with that small block and 700R.
If someone wants a sharp looking Custom Resto that will turn heads, it's a $25,000 car, tops.
