welcome..
hard to help based on the info given.
is this a new problem, or something that's always been going on? all unused vacuum ports plugged and all required vacuum lines hooked up? what is your timing? idle speed? cam profile? compression ratio?

And, finally, what vacuum source you are using for vacuum timing advance ???
Mainfold or ported ?
Is power piston spring CORRECT ?
Clogged fuel filter ?
Low fuel level in the fuel bowl ?

There are many reasons WHY the car can do that ;)
