Today is Mothers' Day as well as our 40th wedding anniversary. We are going out for supper with my buddy Ken and his wife Sandy. Ken and I known each other from when we started high school in 1960. We apprenticed together at GM and in '69 we both bought COPO Chevelles through Beare Motors in Port Perry. While Ken doesn't have his Chevelle any more, he does have a '69 427 Vette, an '89 Vette, as well as two '96 Impala SS's. Should be a good evening. Might even talk cars a bit. ;)

Congrats Keith!
We've got our 40th coming up in November...married the day after T-Giving. We usually spend that week @ the condo during the Turkey Rod Run in Daytona.
I may have to come up with something better this year. ;)
40 years WOW...it's gone by quickly....

You know that you and your lovely wife Dale are welcome down here in AZ anytime. This would be a good year to come and visit!:beers:

Well, Dale and I took the Chevelle and met Ken and Sandy who came in their Vette. Had a very nice supper (dinner for you city folks) and a nice visit as well. The kids took us out for supper last night. All is well in this family. Now, if I just had the 427 car done, we could have used it. We took that car on our honeymoon. Perhaps for our fiftieth anniversary. ;)
