they are for the passenger side lower A/C outlet, it is plastic and mounts under the dash. All dashes have the holes but obviously they are only used on A/C cars.

Your missing what droptop mentioned. It's a duct outlet. Your main deflector unit, which is directly behind the AC controls and bolted to the heater box, has two lower 2" outlet ports.

one goes to the drivers side middle, the other goes to the passenger side middle.

I would give you mine, but the AC bug might bite me one day.

-if that outlet is not plugged, you are cooling air behind your dash. what a waist

look up in the holes, you will probably see the backs of the studs that hold the glovebox in. I am responding from the house and not the car, so I am going from memory..another reason pictures help alot with questions like this. If you remove your A/C outlet you will see the other set of holes I was referring to with my first post.
