Does anybody know who (if at all) makes original like vinyl covers for the seats?!

Is it possible to buy only the bottom part of the seat covers? (buy only the par that you sit on)

Where?

After many years of fruitless searching, I finally had to have the seat covers made for my 65 four door wagon. The original vinyl pattern and colors are still available, and a good upholstery shop should be able to stitch it up for you. If you have a line on repro door panels for the four doors, let me know. I have been looking for decent ones for almost ten years.
