With the 396/350 spd 68 I have a choice from the seller of these 4 gear ratios. Which one is the best for in town, some highway, no drag driving. Still want a little pop though?

either the 355 or 373's would be my choice.

Go with the 3.55s. They were the most street friendly gear ratio I've ever run. 3.73s are good, but just a touch too much on the highway. Anything higher and you're slipping the clutch for 1/2 a block to get moving. If you're running an auto I would suggest 3.31 or 3.23s.
