Have you gotten it to the dyno yet? I'm curious what the numbers are after all of the early comments.
I can run it down a 1/8 hopefully this weekend. I haven’t had it past 6500 rpms yet. The rear tires aren’t dyno safe per Micky Thompson. I do know it’s faster then the new Corvette. Guy at the last car show wanted to see if it was fast.
Hows your build going?

Out of curiosity I'd like to see if you hit your goal. How did you get the tune for the new engine? I need to figure out what I'm going to do there.

On my engine, I'm stalled again, waiting on parts. I set the pistons in and noticed they were sitting about .030" down in the hole but they were spec'd to be at 0 deck. The pistons I spec'd were originally for a 3.9" stroke and they were supposed to move the pin to comp for the 3.825 stroke. I ordered the full rotating assy through Callies so either they or JE dropped the ball. I'm supposed to get a new set of pistons any day now.

I still have to get the car done so I still have a long road before I'll see it run.

I have a MSD atomic efi LS. It tunes itself after selecting the part numbers for the map, fuel injectors, coils, cam size and cubic inches.
I can only switch a few things like timing, idle, afr, map and tps enrichment. Idle takes a little work with the IAC numbers but it’s fairly easy and works really good.

It sucks waiting on parts. Even worse when your sent the wrong ones.

Did this kit require any clearancing on the block itself?
I am torn between this and a 4.0 stroke set up and your build intrigued me.

I am going to boost it so mine will have 9:1 compression, but I can't decide between stroker or stock

Might want to hit Jason up with a "Like" or "Reply" so he knows to look at his thread, it's been awhile

The ATK bare block came clearanced for a 4 inch stroke and 4.03 bores, bores bottom are chamfered also. I used the 3.9 stroke to get a little extra meat above the wrist pins. If I ever go turbo I’ll swap in LS3 heads to lower the compression, open up the rings and a different cam.
This article swayed me to a slightly less stroke.
