How rare are the 396s? Found one says 1972 chevelle or monte 396????? Just wondering if its a motor worth snagging

Thanks! He is asking 800 but i think 650 will buy it i better pass for that kinda cash
Its all complete says 30k on motor
Kinda seeing that now....i think i will hold off and find a 454.
