Hi,
I'm new to this site and have a question on restoring a clients car. It's a 1970 SS 396 Chevelle. I'm having trouble figuring out the correct routing of these lines to the fuel pump and back to the tank. The fuel pump has 3 in/outlets. Here is my confusion.
Starting from the fuel pump: hard line goes to the fuel filter; hard line from filter to carb.
From the filter a small 1/4 line goes down to the fuel pump.
I know the 3/8 line from the tank goes to the inlet of the fuel pump.
So now I have: a vent line from the tank at the fuel pump a vent line from the filter and only one opening left at the fuel pump. that's my confusion.
Is there a T-fitting that ties it all toghther?
Does anyone have a picture to show this.
Thanks Pete
