I got a 383 stroker and when i took it apart it had one bad piston and the company that makes the piston dont make them anymore so my question is if i get a set of piston close to the weight of what is in there will i have to have it all rebalanced piston weight is 449 gram

If you get the weights really close you will be good.

20 grams either side of the stock weight, including the ring pack, wrist pin, and clips. (if used) Ideally you should shoot for within 5 grams. Don't rely on published wts, the books lie.
