Can some one tell me if I'm correct on this or not?
M=Mains 30 over ?
T=Throws 20 over ?
Can this be re-ground one more time?

If the crank is cut .010" yes the bearings are .010" over or .011" over depending on whats ordered

You cut material off the crank and use a thicker bearing

Looks to me like it says the mains are 30 over and the throws are 20 over.

it's 30 under mains and 20 under rods, not over, undersize. Things don't get bigger when you grind material off. Yes, you can grind it to 40 30, no big deal. looks like it was originally reground to 10-10 first since those numbers are still visible but stamped over.
