I just put 355 sbc in my 67 chevelle and I was wondering how much power I was making
It has eagle crank eagle rod and forged flat top piston all balanced. The head are pro comes aluminum heads 64cc chamber 210cc runners 2.02/1.60 valves running at 10.5/1 comp . The cam is hydraulic .442 lift .282 duration full 1.6 roller rockers .intake Is a dual plane air gap and I have a 750 holley double pumper

I'm guessing here, trying to get the info right, from the link you posted...

Adv. duration: 268/272
.050" duration: 206/215
Lift at .050" with 1.6 rockers: .446/.470

Heads seem awfully big for that cam/combo. My guess at engine HP: 300-320 MAX

I norder to optimize the runner volume of those heads, and the fact that they want to make power waaaay up in the rpm range, you'd need a much bigger cam. The problem is that such a combo would be a dog down low from idle to say 3,000 rpm. If running an automatic, you'd need a converter stall-rated at 3,000 or more, and would need really low gearing.

I'm not saying that it will be a slug or that it won't go, just that optimally, you should have bolted on a set of 180 heads instead of the 210s.

Your CR is a little on the high side for such a small cam too, even with aluminum heads.

That's a itty bitty cam. Would work well with a 170-180cc int. port, and a 600cfm carb. Your heads are way too big for the cam. The engine will not pull good until 3000rpm+ due to the large port with a small cam. And it would not be wise to advise a larger cam, cause the cam to make good power for a 355 with a 210 int. runner will be way too large for the rest of your engine components. You'd have to spin excessive rpms. to realize the benefits.
For reference, my old roller cam was 245/248, duration @ .050 and .584/.558 lift after the lash, with a 200cc port head and 1.6 int.rockers. 440-460hp. on a well thought out 355 with 10.5:1 comp.

one would think those heads are probably setup for a bigger hyd cam already ???
240 ish @ 50 with say 500 lift a good 3000 stall or 4 speed and some 373's would match the rest better. if you have the right springs....
