Just received an email from KYB=don't make a shock for 3" lowering springs front/rear. They gave us numbers-

Front-KG4513
Rear- KG5504

Now what? Who makes shocks we can use on our '69 El Camino? If we change to discs in the front next year, lowering spindles plus springs will solve the front, but not the rear. We are leaning heavily towards air bags in the rear coils, however, we still need shocks.
Remember, we want this car "STIFF".

Any info greatly appreciated.

If you go with bags in the back get in touch with AirRide Tech. The have full kits and front/back kits. Their web address is www.ridetech.com. They offer shocks designed to work with the air bag suspensions.
The front ought to be easy. You will only be changing the shock length by 1". The spindles won't affect the shocks, only the lowering springs will.
