I bought a used pair from Sundell Auto. They are a classic car salvage yard in either North or South Carolina... cant remember which. Also check ebay. I dont know if anybody is reproducing them or not.

I picked up a pair from a guy at Carlisle last Friday in great shape for $25. He had a few sets left over, I still have his card if you're interested.
