Arlington Built - Special Paint (Carolina Blue)
White Top w. 705 Black Bench Seat Interior
ZL2, F41, 3.31:1, TH400, Factory AC
Born w. 5500 RPM Tach, Trans, Rear

Car Sold Néw Everett Chevrolet - Known High Performance Dealer
Stored Since 1985 - Body Extremely Clean
Full Owner History Back To 1974
Car Believed Dealer Demo To Owner @ Everett (owner remembers car)
Dealer Attempting To Locate Paperwork
(Front damaged replaced with 72 parts around 1982)

Nice looking car In good shape save for the dust etc...It should clean up really well.

Carolina Blue was a NC dealer only color (if I remember correctly). Too bad it is UNC Blue and not NC State Red

I also own a 1971 LS five convertible built in Arlington with most of the same options as yours that I am building. do you have a picture of the trim tag ? I’d be curious to see that. Very nice car you found there!!!!

So, it's been repainted at some point? I can't believe they found a Carolina blue 72 donor.

Or it didn't need sheet metal, I suppose. Seems odd.

It has had some paint work - a lot of original paint still there.
This is a 71 and only the second Carolina Blue LS5 known to exist of any year. The other is a 1970.
