Great public announcement. What happened between 1971 and now? The EPA is a nice addition to the potential prevention, but they are falling WAY short of making anything better than shown on this 40 year-old commercial.:sad:

I remember watching this as a kid. I still see this commercial from time to time. Too bad people have not learned anything, I see these friggin PIGs throw their crap out the car all the time!!!
