I'm replacing the dash harness in a 1970 SS non A/C car and have 3 connectors that I'm questioning where they go. I believe I have identified 2 of them but the 3rd has me stumped. I've looked all over for a schematic and would gladly pay for one that's downloadable. I don't need the entire Fisher body manual for a bunch of different models that is hard to find the information in
.
Connector #1 is 2 terminals, straight across, Pink and Green wires. I believe it goes to the Back/up lights.
Connector # 2 is 3 terminals, T shaped, with Black Yellow and Grey wires, I believe this is for the factory radio.
Now the stumper # 3:
Another 3 terminal, T shaped,, with Grey, White, and Orange wires. The White and Orange are normally used for the courtesy lights while the Grey is normally used for instrument lights.
I may be wrong on the above assumption, but I can't think of a circuit or application that would use both the courtesy and instrument lights ?
it would be nice if the harness suppliers included a schematic, written instructions, or WOW maybe label the connector ?
TIA
Tim
