I have a 1970 Chevelle SS that I have taken off the frame, I am in the rebuild stage, I purchased a cowl induction Hood from OPG I recieved all of the Misc parts that come with the kit, the question that I have is how do I get the louver to relax in the closed position when the motor is idling and open when the motor is under power

If some one can explain
