1970 Chevelle SS Center Console Part No.

I have a 1970 Chevelle SS 396 with a center console with the part no. 3919947 stamped on the underside. Can anyone tell me if this is the original part no? Or the correct part no. for the 70 Chevelle center console. I believe mine is an aoriginal.
