I have a set of original 70 Chevelle SS 396 wheels that I want to restore. I already know the colors needed but what type/brand of paint do I buy? Should I primer them before painting? What is the easiest way to paint the wheels? What I mean is, paint with a paint gun or simply buy paint cans?

look on the eastwood website. They sell a kit with all paint needed and stecils too.
