TO TO 924 CGV 10R110991 924 CGV 10R110991\

CGV is not a Chevelle engine code and 10R11099 is not an Arlington sequence code for a Chevelle. Chevelle sequence code started at 200001 for Chevelles. It may be an Arlington-built passenger car built before December. But not a Chevelle.

I looked but not too hard to find a CGV code but failed. With all the X's over the code, it could be a mis-stamp and the factory obliterated the code.
