1970 chevelle inner wheel house panels

I have been emailing everyone under the sun and no one sells a complete inner wheel house panel for the rear of my chevelle. I have the patch panels(only cover about 1/2 the panel)but i would rather replace the whole panel if possible.The outer is a common item but the inner seems to be near impossible to find. Can anyone help me?Am i going to have to fabricate something or make my patch panels work?I just figured replacing the whole panel was easier and quicker.
