Continuing making progress. My goal is to be done for the Carolina Chevelle Show this Fall. While I was putting the rear end under the frame I had a jack stand that did not latch resulting in the frame falling and severing the end of my thumb. So work is slow for now. This car is number matching and documented, Trying to keep all the date codes correct. I have a lot of NOS parts that will be used on this restoration. Here is some updated photos.

Nice work. Great looking project!

Sorry to hear about your thumb, sounds extremely painful. Hope you're ok now.

How did you restore your alternator case? Did you do that yourself or send it out to someone?

Keith, looks great. I see you are doing all the factory over spray on the bell housing and bypass hose. Are you going to do all the inspection marks to.
The Carolina Chevelle Asso. show is a great show, hope to see you there.
Is your car from North Carolina, and what factory was it built.
