1964 Chevelle Trunk Light

Can someone give me any information on this option? The three basic questions are:
1. Did it come on a 64?
2. If so, where does it mount
3. How does it get its power?

Yes it is an option.

Gets it's power from the dome light wire in the Fisher body harness. I believe there is a connector under the rear glass, where the trunk springs are. Wire routes up the driver side trunk hinge and mounts to the rear middle of the trunk panel.
