I have a 1964 Chevelle SS i'm helping my cousin with... We purchased a 383 Stroker with a 700R4 trans and i was wondering if there is a set of Motor Mounts that will bolt on without having to replace the original brackets etc.

If you are talking about the mount towers that are bolted to the frame, As long as your Malibu had a V8 previously in it, they are fine. The mounts that attach to your engine block are what ChevelleFan has given you a link to.

The previous posts should pretty much answer your question but you also might need to know that the 700R4 isn't likely to drop right in a '64 without some tunnel modification. Most everything about the early Chevelles is slightly smaller.
